COMMITMENT COURSE: starts late January. This course includes 12 weeks of fully supervised personal training one on one and specially scheduled group sessions for a total of 4 visits per week. This course is suited to all levels of fitness and ideally designed for those wanting to reach a specific weight loss or fitness goal in 3 months. You need to be able to commit to doing at least a weekly 1 on 1 session and 2 weekly groups to register for the commitment program.
MAD MAY: starts on the first day of May and finishes on the last. This popular program gives you the opportunity to exercise with supervised motivation EVERY DAY in May if you want to. Booking well ahead of May will guarantee your place for this program inclusive of everything from personal training and group training.
WINTER WORKOUT: starts mid June. Eight weeks of early morning motivation in the cold months to make sure you look great for the warm months after winter! Do the work now and you will see the sunshine looking better, feeling better and performing better than you ever have before.
SPRING INTO SPRING: starts early September. A cost-effective program for four supervised weekly group workouts including Step, Martial Arts Combat, Indoor Cycling and Strength’n’Stretch sessions for an all round body improvement program which is popular with young and old alike and often sees family members joining in.
BOOT CAMP: starting October is by far the most popular and booked out seasonal program of the year. The camp is like no other course and offers participants the opportunity to challenge themselves at all levels with outstanding results in 6 weeks of fun filled group exercise action. FAT ATTACK: A special weight loss course at a beginner level for larger figures and those wanting to lose 30+ kilos. This program is designed for you to change your lifestyle as well as your body shape and has fantastic results for men and women including sessions in personal one on one training and groups. Join at any time throughout the year.
SCHOOL HOLIDAY FITNESS PROGRAM: Operates with variety every school holidays. Your child can participate one day, some days or every day. Enquire about the program in advance, as we alter it each holiday according to demand. Suits 8-12 year olds.
KIDZ: We offer a special group fitness course for kids which runs throughout the year all year round. Held in after school hours it is popular with many ages. One on one and shared sessions at different times are also available for children of all ages - please enquire.
TEEN FITNESS: This course starts in the second week of each school term for teenagers helping them to become fitter, stronger and more confident with a better self esteem and body image. You can join in any time, provided there is a vacancy. Limited numbers.
SENIORS: Our special seniors fitness session is held every Monday morning as per our group schedule and is dedicated to Over 50s wanting to keep fit. One on One or Couple Personal Training is also available at many different times to help focus on individual Strength & Fitness goals for Seniors.
