• No refunds will be provided for change of mind or for any unused sessions.

  • As long as Prestige PT provides the same services (PT, Pilates, Groups, Massage), no refunds will be provided for change of mind to attend sessions.

  • If Prestige PT is forced to close, direct debit payments will be put on hold, but prepaid sessions will not be refunded.

  • If you experience any pain or injury during your training, please notify your trainer immediately.

  • If your trainer is no longer working with Prestige PT, your training history will be provided to your next preferred trainer to continue your training. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

  • 24 hours notice is preferred if you need to cancel your personal training service. Cancellations within this period may result in the client being charged a full session, to the trainer's discretion.
